ebazaar Cashback Special is a feature on ebazaar where certain approved sellers (“ebazaar Cashback Special Sellers”) will be able to enjoy the rights and privileges described in these Terms of Service (“ebazaar Cashback Special Terms of Service”) when selling items on ebazaar If you are a ebazaar Cashback Special Seller, you will be deemed to have consented to the terms and conditions described in these ebazaar Cashback Special Terms of Service when you sign up to participate in the ebazaar Cashback Special.
These ebazaar Cashback Special Terms of Service supplement the Terms of Service and the other ebazaar Policies, of which these ebazaar Cashback Special Terms of Service forms a part – please read the Terms of Service and the other ebazaar Policies available on the Site as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. Any terms that are used in these ebazaar Cashback Special Terms of Service that are not defined here will have the meanings given to such terms in the Terms of Service and/or the applicable ebazaar Policy. All terms and conditions described in these ebazaar Cashback Special Terms of Service are subject to change at ebazaar’s discretion pursuant to the Terms of Service.
1. If you are an ebazaar Cashback Special Seller, you should have received a separate written notification from ebazaar informing you of your selection to participate in the ebazaar Cashback Special.
2. ebazaar Cashback Special Sellers shall receive marketing support from ebazaar as agreed from time to time, including but not limited to ebazaar-sponsored vouchers and inclusion in other ebazaar online advertising and marketing materials.
3. ebazaar charges a fee for all items that are successfully sold by ebazaar Cashback Special Sellers on the Site (“ebazaar Cashback Special Transaction Fee”). The ebazaar Cashback Special Transaction Fee is borne by the ebazaar Cashback Special Seller and is calculated according to the rates as notified to such ebazaar Cashback Special Sellers from time to time on the Site or via email. The ebazaar Cashback Special Transaction Fee is subject to VAT (“ebazaar Cashback Special Tax Amount”), and the ebazaar Cashback Special Seller is responsible for such ebazaar Cashback Special Tax Amount. For the avoidance of doubt, the ebazaar Cashback Special Transaction Fee and the ebazaar Cashback Special Tax Amount shall be levied on orders onwards.
4. Following the successful completion of a transaction, ebazaar shall deduct the ebazaar Cashback Special Transaction Fee and the ebazaar Cashback Special Tax Amount from the Buyer’s Purchase Monies, and remit the balance to the ebazaar Cashback Special Seller in accordance with Section K.2 of the Terms of Service. ebazaar shall issue receipts or tax invoices for the ebazaar Cashback Special Transaction Fee and ebazaar Cashback Special Tax Amount paid by the ebazaar Cashback Special Seller on request.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, the ebazaar Cashback Special Transaction Fee and ebazaar Cashback Special Tax Amount under this ebazaar Cashback Special Terms of Service applies in addition to the Transaction Fee and Tax Amount under the Terms of Service.
